Technical Background
ABO Blood Type Inference from Genetic Raw Data
This module executes a targeted analysis of the ABO locus on Chromosome 9. The inference logic relies on the simultaneous validation of three critical transition/deletion markers to resolve the phenotypic blood group.

Identifies the 'O' allele deletion. A single base deletion (G) at this position causes a frameshift resulting in a non-functional enzyme.
